Return & Refund Policy

At Harajuku Style Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

To start a return, please email support@harajukustylefashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Accessories, lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation

We will review and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
